    Terms of Service...

    Rates & Payments
    - All prices reflected on this website can change over-time and are seen as estimates. Prices vary from project to project and should never be compared to previous projects.
    - Payments are done via Paypal invoice only unless specifically agreed upon during the email consultation. 
    - A booking slot is never confirmed until the deposit is made. Final works are never provided until final payment is made. All work provided will be watermarked until final payment is made. 
    Deadline Expectations
    - All pieces are never to be expected under 2 weeks. If the booking needs to be rushed, an additional charge will be added.
    - Deadlines are negotiated during the email consultation.
    - All deadline updates must be communicated. If there is no deadline set, the booking can take however long necessary and can not be held to a specific date that was not agreed upon.
    - Bookings are NOT on a first-come-first-serve basis, they are set via the tools, space, time, deadlines and cost necessary to complete them. 
    Revisions, Attitudes, & Violations
    - Dobe Illustrations has the right to deny any bookings without explanation. 
    - During the main process, only 3 revisions can be made. Any additional revisions come with a 10% up-charge. Revisions are not available once a final file/original has been sent.
    - If a client is hostile, impatient, harassing, or rude - Dobe Illustrations has the right to cancel the booking without refunds and block the client where
    ​ever necessary and without explanation.
    Client Rights & Limitations
    - All bookings, unless specified during email consultation, are for personal use only. Additional rates apply for commercial and publishing use. Exclusive rights to any artwork can be bought for +200% of the booking's total.
    - Do not remove artist signature under any circumstances.
    - Edits of any artwork are allowed, however, all rights remain for personal use only. Artist signature and credit must be present.
    - NO OTHER ARTIST may work on the artwork provided even if the booking was not completed. No other artist may "finish" any artwork sent to clients.
    - Artist credit is required if posting on any social media/websites ("Dobe Illustrations" or "Dobe Rose", along with "www.dobeillustrations.net"); tagging on social media does allow for the website link to not be posted.
    Artist Rights & Limitations
    - Dobe Illustrations is allowed to use any artwork as they see fit, this includes across all social media platforms (if consent is provided), websites, etc., and as products. This term is negotiable, however, if booking material is sensitive
    ​in nature.
    - All traditional media not claimed by a client can be sold.
    - Dobe Illustrations also maintains the right to deny sharing any artwork on their socials and website.
    Shipping & Originals
    - All originals are sent with a letter of authenticity.
    - Shipping costs are negotiated during the consultation email. Shipping will always include a tracking number.
    - All originals are shipped with layers of protection to ensure it's safety during the shipping process, therefore, Dobe Illustrations is not responsible for anything that happens once an original is dropped off at USPS.
